Hard to decide, I love them both, but if I had to choose one, it would be the Acoustic because I can just pick it up and play it without electricity, amp, etc.!!!

Electric guitar offers so much more versatility...While Acoustic guitar can completely change the mood of the song...I'd have to say Electric.
